At least, that's assuming that each clown visible represents a whole clown, and it wasn't a Scarecrow "That's me all over" situation. Even then, if you tried to match up visible body parts on the assumption of, you know, maximum carnage, just by eye I think you'd still end up with more than 19 Republican Presidential candidates.
