I've explained the "hearts and minds" thing before, including the post above. You want to feign ignorance of my explanations, and insist the failed policies are not only the best but the only way to get OBL.

And they have just created more sympathy for him in those areas.

Tell me that your policies haven't created the worst outcome. And tell me why you insist upon continuing them.
