Thanks for the info. I used to read Sky & Telescope religiously in my teens. It was either that magazine or Astronomy that printed an article maybe 15 years ago entitled something like "Deep Time," in which the author speculated about the eventual end of the universe...and how humanity (or rather, whatever humanity has become) might persist in the aftermath.
The question is, would you want to spend you post-universe life with a bunch of cosmic survivalists?
