If the Chinese can work out the bugs on their own version of TEGA
to make it work more reliably that the one JPL installed on the Phoenix Mars lander,
they can then fit an improved TEGA experiment on their planned
lunar rover to heat lunar samples to 1000C...

That should drive out any water molecules locked into
lunar regolith samples.
