WYSIWYG editors
On my list.
Making a Web browser behave like a word processor is a non-trivial task--their underlying paradigms are completely different. Luckily, it's such a compelling application that a lot of people have tried, and some of the attempts don't completely suck, though none of them work as well as, say, Microsoft Word. Or WordPad. Slightly better than NotePad, at least. I've used a couple of these open source HTML editors in projects, and when the time comes to finally upgrade the Zone, that much at least will come off-the-shelf.
