One would think that the chief law enforcement officer of the US would want the truth out there. After all, he promised to fire anyone in the Executive Branch who was involved. (And then commuted the ol' Scotter's sentence.) This is pretty blatant obstruction of justice, and I'll bet Congress will let him get away with it.
