"American intelligence" appraently coined the phraase when considering th Gulf War. I don't remember pikcing it up from them, but who knows. I did not use the phrase then, but realized it would describe the current war.
2002 was when I first used it, and I don't think I picked it up, but prior use surely would invalidate my copyright.
So much for my plan to fund "Beers for Vets".
