Yetis get bugs. One of their least attractive qualities.
Fleas, lice, mites, ticks, all of 'em are a reality of Yeti existence. Those long arms which swing through trees so grandly were initially evolutionarily driven to scratch, then used for mobility.
Yer basic Yeti can scratch with it's feet, too. There is just too much scratching to do for just two arms.
As a matter of fact, the "confetti yeti" is so-called because when it gets to really scratching the dry skin, hair and bugs come flying off just like confetti. A regular cloud.
Just some interesting yeti data.
