Uninsured #'s are down, I read.
"Mr. President, good news!" The Secretary of Health and Human Services danced excitedly toward the President's desk in the Oval Office.
Texas accent speaks. "What's that, Mr. Secretary?"
"The number of uninsured is way down."
""Why, that's wonderful, Mr. Secretary. Did they all find jobs with health insurance benefits?"
"No, sir."
"Well, how do you explain it, then, Mr. Secretary?"
"They died."
*shrugs* "Ah well, at least that worry's off my back for awhile."
