Obama's most important decision...

He said picking the VP would be the most important decision he would make before becoming president. Well it should be obvious to all he made a STUPID decision! He didn't have the vision to see how picking Hillary (and her 18m voters) would have been the knockout punch he needed. How it would have electrified the Dem base the way McCain's choice has electrified the GOP base. Instead he picked a boring candidate and opened the door for McCain to bring in his game changer.

USA/Gallup poll. Other polls are closer but this is surprising.

In the new poll, taken Friday through Sunday, McCain leads Obama by 54%-44% among those seen as most likely to vote. The survey of 1,022 adults, including 959 registered voters, has a margin of error of +/— 3 points for both samples.
