It would be nice to see the details about the Palin's complaints.

"Up to" a dozen complaints, that means probably less than that. Complaints filed before Palin became Governor. The judge's main concern was for the children. He didn't want to the see the father "disparaged" infront of the kids. The article doesn't say if the charges against Wooten were even investigated and/or what findings there may have been. Admittedly it's not hard to make the leap from the family history to abuse of power.
