Bush - with pretzeled logic has moved from nukes, WMDs, democracy, stability, winning to "success".
Bush continues to move the bar in Iraq. As Woodward pointed out, he is talking about "success" instead of winning these days. Which is smart, given there have been no nukes, WMDs, democracy, stability or winning, may as well move on to whatever the hell "success" is.
Another twist in the pretzel which the conservatives will handle effortlessly, hardly noticing. It would hurt the normal mind to try to follow that stuff with a straight face.
