Within 15 miles of where I live most of the time we've had two kids, ages @ 10, die recently in unrelated instances. Death was painful, and absolutely could have been prevented rather easily in both cases.
The kids each had medical conditions not regarded as serious because they can be treated. However, their parents and pastors refused to let them get medical help. They were part of a Christian religious group who believed prayer was all that was necessary. Note that the groups were Christian, not Muslim.
Now it's fine with me if you can take out the parents and their pastor, but I'd prefer you not bomb the neighborhood just in case they may be around, or the church because they might be part of the 500 attending the service.
In fact, there may be a wedding at their churches. There may be large groups of people. It would be nice if you'd ascertain before-hand if any of the folks you're after will attend before bombing. In fact, with the likelihood of so many casualties, it might be wise if you didn't blow the entire congregation to smithereens even if they are around.
