The landing and deployment(s) were fantastic, but since then it seems to have had trouble with most experiments.
The question was raised here about digging through the hard ice. That's such an obvious problem that I, for one, was absolutely certain they had solved it. Why send the thing on it's way if they hadn't? And they hadn't.
So getting samples appears to have been a problem, and then getting samples off the scoop, and then getting material through the screens and then having the experiments mis- and malfunction. It wouldn't be so bad if that's all there was to it, some problems along the way with the experiments working. I don't think that's been the case, it seems some experiments were aborted and other's didn't complete.
I'd be delighted to be absolutely wrong. I'm aware I haven't followed it closely, with one or two surveys of the cites late at night. I'd sure like to read something which contradicts my impressions. And maybe my expectations were way too high.

It seems to me to have had extremely limited successes.
