One major flaw in the article. Muslims aren't turning against Al Queda - that terrorist organization never had widespread support of mainstream Muslims in the first place. Al Queda has had success recruiting many radical Muslims, mainly as a reaction to the US led invasion of Iraq. The Al Queda leaders themselves have boasted that the videos they've filmed in Iraq have been the greatest recruiting tools they've ever had.
Yet another reason why the Bush-McCain war in Iraq has been such a disaster for US and Western interests. It's actually created more terrorists than it's eliminated. Something the Republican warmongers should keep in mind the next thing they make the ridiculous claim, "The surge worked!".

Doesn't seem to be aware of rising Al Queda/Taliban attacks in Afghanistan and Pakistan
