If he's only getting 9 times the power per cell he still hasn't reached the full potential. 25-30 times existing cell technology is the mark to beat.
You know, you guys should really go back and read my posts closer...I've give away at least fifty billion dollars worth of patentable ideas/technologies here over the years.
