Given the cost of 110W @ 12V solar panels at retail and the convenience if one needs to use it indoors it's OK.
If one could find panels for around $4 a watt, which may be available, or even $5, one could do it themselves at a significant savings.
And if one could keep lead acid batteries in the garage, then it would be much cheaper.
A 1500 watt inverter would be about $150. A snazzy 12A charge controller could be had for $70, two Group 27 Marine deep cycle batteries for around $160 and then the panels, say $500. You're up to $850, and have significantly more than 63AH storage. Even if you decide you want Sealed Lead Acid batteries in your garage you can do that much less expensively.
The trick, I believe, is finding the solar panels. They are supposed to be in good supply right now, I haven't checked.
Good luck.

That's not a bad deal for what it is.
