You mean all these Presidents have had a "deprogramming" ray to point at the simple but barbabric religious people in the Middle East all this time and none of them have yet used it?

Man, what a waste. I know Obama will use it and use it on the first day, just as soon as he puts his picture of his wife on his desk. Middle east problem solved! Iranians - smart, peace-loving and holocaust hating. Israelis - generous, forgiving and humble. Palestinians - full of clues, contented, not setting fires, throwing rocks or blowing themselves up.

What a day! By February 2009 Obama will have brought global peace to the world.

I hope he wears all white suits, like Mark Twain did. That way people will be reminded of the purity, goodness, honesty and general saintliness that is in his soul. And hey, so he chain smokes - Twain literally bought the cheapest, stionkiest cigars by the barrel and people still loved him. Addictions are ok so long as your politics are in the right place!
