Hasn't won. In fact, these guys have fought the US to a standstill, in some ways, are winning in other ways.
They have a Pakistani haven. US has havens in Iraq, Diego Garcia, Saudi Arabia, Israel. All over.
The CinC has lost this one, too. And OBL is still free.
What a maroon! What a losing maroon.
