Lets Call it the Scott Evil Economic Reset Act of 2008 (SEER)
All Liens against all real and or intangible assets are immediatly extinguished (Especially those that have been placed by Governmental entities).
This bail out would immediatly reset the economy so that those who work for a living and have their wits about themselves will prosper and those who are welfare queens and trust fund babies will be forced to join the working class.
Of couurse there will be pain. And a lot of oil sheiks and chineese will be very angry.
But that's what they get for investing in the USA!!!
