McCain's campaign is the one that seems to be in chaos, TB.... The polls are looking bad for him... a lot can happen between now and the election, but I am a lot more optimistic now than I was just after the republican convention... Back then I wrote that I felt Obama had less than a 50-50 chance (50-50 when I was at my most optimistic) I now feel, barring some serious problem Obama really _might_ win...

You may want to believe that Palin has us lefties scared that she is some magical force that will make a McCain win a certainty- you couldnt be more wrong- what scares me about Palin is the possibility of her being VP- before the election I think of her as McCain's liability- only helping Obama- its AFTER the election and a possible McCain win that scares the hell out of me.

And if you cared about more than your side winning, you would agree with me... More and more conservatives are seeing it the same way...
