The "Leave" vote should have consulted with the Quebecois
In a referendum to decide the fate of their province, the Quebecois showed a masterful ability to deliver a breathtakingly close vote without ever "crossing the line."
It sounds to me like a lot of "Leave" voters were hoping for an outcome that would have scared the EU, but not pull the UK out. Clearly, they shot themselves in the foot.
With a 12 gauge shotgun.
