Actually the market already is prevailing.
Looking at the big picture [and image is part of this picture]
It is simply not worth the million dollars. It probably wouldn't be worth 10 million dollars. 20 million might be in the ballpark of being "worth it". And for film maker for a porn movie, it *could* be worth 50 million- not that I'm predicting a porn film would pay this much, but it *could* easily increase a film's revenue by more 50 million.

So it's going to happen at some point- assuming it's not prohibited by laws- and evenually even if it's prohibited by laws.
But the big picture industry will *probably* do it before the porn industry pulls it off- because with say paramount films, Virgin Galactic would willing sell it at discount price- so as to further promote their business.
