Shut down problem on computer
Every night when I shut down my computer, I get a "not responding message" regarding "sprtcmd.exe."
One night I overlooked it, turned off my monitor and the next morning I couldn't do anything, had to unplug the computer to get it to reboot. (for some reason CTRL ALT DEL doesn't do that on my Dell computer).
Any idea was the sprtcmd.exe file is about?
My excel is corrupted, too, and I need to reinstall it as soon as I figure out how to just reinstall one component.
