A film I highly recommend
If you want to bust a gut by all means get out and see the movie "Religulous" by Bill Maher. Love him or hate him, he's a master of finding irony and humor in subjects he touches and is probably the most honest comic today with a public voice.
A warning to the deeply religious though. You probably won't be comfortable watching clear examples of the worst of the world's religions even though Maher is very respectful to the people he's interviewing. Some of the characters he finds are truly priceless.
The ending is a bit dark but I think you'll agree there's good reason for it.
