How 'Bout BIGG APOLLOS?
In 1960's dollars, are we getting more bang for the buck in the new crew transfer vehicle and assorted support hardware? And do we jettison all the R+D from the shuttle era? I'm sure we could launch a HLV type unmanned shuttle vehicle for Earth Orbital assembly of large componenets.
