Fingerpointing.
It really is a measure of the man, or woman, if they can acknowledge their own mistakes, errors, screw-ups without resorting to fingerpointing.
Venezuela, Syria, Iran, North Korea, China, assorted demons du jour, all get dragged out when some Conservative could best be learning from their mistake on the home front and working to correct that.
It gets tiresome, frankly, watching grown people who cannot focus on themselves but have to believe the other guy is worse. As if that can help even if it were true.
Whatever the hell Europe does, or China, Singapore or Japan is irrelevant except tangentially. Because of unregulated capitalism there is plenty to worry about at home.
The Europeans can hire their own worriers, they don't need us.
