Okay, let me see if I got this straight:
Somebody from Wasilla, Alaska drops in on this obscure little board and plants a threatening message. A short time later another stranger drops in and flags us on it. That's awfully nice of him. Either he's a long-time lurker, or someone trolling the web for C. J. Guiteau. Who knows.
I haven't done a complete track of "Frank's" ISP, but he's not on my current list (admittedly about a month out of date, and there's a few odd people whose ISPs seem to drift all over the place.) It's possible a Zoner would post under that name (another obscure reference: the Secret Service character Clint Eastwood played in "In the Line of Fire") but if so, I'd say it's an uncalled for falsification of a name.
It's all pretty convenient. I don't know if it's possible to fake an ISP to that level. I assume Robert will be on top of it, and that he'll look at "Frank" as closely as "Guiteau."
Until now, I suspect most people on this board would not have given Wasilla residents enough credit to know who Guiteau is. I had to look him up.
I agree that Robert has to do something about it.
