re: Soyuz TMA-13 right on time
I have a question. Why does Fincke get another flight? It seem there are a lot of astronauts waiting for flights and not a lot of flights available. Now he is going to the ISS again. Not that I have anything against him. It just seems they would spread around the experience to more people.
