He keeps saying that about everything his administration confronts. Nothing ever gets done except tax cuts for the wealthy, and we've seen where they've led.
Patience is all he can preach as he waits for his successor to pronounce the obvious - the Bush Presidency was a failed operation from the beginning. And have the guts to accept Bush's losses.
And then the Conservatives will blame the successor.
