It's a bit like a store selling you some well sealed, premium labeled, gold star with platinum bars rotten fish. And then blaming you for the problem because you bought it. And expect you to figure out how to can that fish unrotten because, after all, you bought it.

This seems like some sort of a joke. I have seen absolutely no indication that Bush can understand or have the patience to learn economic issues. And his preconditions, that the rest of the world accept some of the blame is also a joke.

America at one time could have been trusted to not stiff the world. Under Bush it can't be trusted, anywhere.
