Get it into the Supreme Court.
Create enough confusion and cause enough havoc as they did in Florida and raise some issues which could make it to the Supreme Court.
The issues would have to be in a form which could swing the election, such as eliminating the right to vote for President except for people who have voted in a Presidential election previously. So as to temporarily guarantee accuracy while the mess is being straightened out.
Would be an "emergency" measure, just for this election, with an order to straighten it out for 2012.
Just a possible scenario.
