Thing is...the ISRO mission planners
have not decided what Chandrayaan-3
will be and what it will do.
Because the Chandrayaan 3 link goes
directly to a forum [perhaps an ISRO sponsored forum]
you may have the rare privilege of suggesting
to them what Chandrayaan 3's mission should be.
I would suggest to them that Chandrayaan-3 be a lunar-landing
"hopper"...instead of a rover.
Imagine! Cold-gas [hydrazine] thrusters on the Chandrayaan-3 lander
to make it "hop" from one location to another on the Moon.
It would make great video too.
