Bush pardons.
I'm wondering if Bush can pardon himself, if he can pardon "en masse" and how long the list of pardons will be.
Clearly his pardon power won't extend past the US boundaries. I'm wondering if he, and Cheney, Rumsfeld, Rice, et al, could be prosecuted for crimes against humanity if they should travel outside the country and be captured. Milosevic was found and tried. Italy tried a bunch of CIA folks "in absentia". There's precedence. And there are enough crimes. The trials would be a slam dunk.
Suspect it won't happen, but not because it shouldn't.
