You know, it doesn't require an "activist" judge to overturn an initiative or referendum.
All it takes is a poorly worded or flat-out unconstitutional initiative or referendum. That really is for the courts to decide. Believe me: you don't want to live in an America where there is no check on what the people can vote into law.
