What is really getting lost here
The Clinton Foundation is a non profit. It has literally saved millions of lives through its charity. Very wealthy people from all over the world have given to help very poor people. That's a good thing. Also, it is the kind of charity republicans should like, as it help people help themselves... Funding dams and water treatment facilities and hospitals etc etc. The Clintons have released their tax records going back 30 years. They have never made a dime off their foundation. The work has been 100% philanthropic.
There is no nefarious plan here to enrich themselves through pay for play. There is no evidence of anything illegal or frankly even unusual here.
