Personally, I loved the old NASA doctrin under our 'Federal Government' because they gave, not only OUR government but the populace and small business the run for enyone's money. Regardless, here we are... and now what?

Again, if it wasn't for our space program in the 60's, Joe Schmoe or even any plumber would not have anything to stand on because our space program gave many hope during the '60s. I'm not just talking just about the U.S. of A.

Do I think it will be so in the future, we'll see, but as of right now, it doesn't look as hopefull.

So, we'll have the usual run-around... be it motorcycle racing or drag racing, et al. It will never, NEVER, aspire or promise to be as that of the space race, The Space Race that we grew up with or aspired not only for us, but for our children.

Very sad.

P.S.: Kay Bailey Hutchinson is a FRIEND of NASA and I'm so glad that she was re-elected!!!!!
