If you know how I can ask someone official, I'd be happy to do so. It's been annoying me, too! I wanted us to go BLUE! There were provisional ballots they were supposed to be counting but I haven't heard a damn thing about those since the day after the election. :-( I would almost bet that the majority of those provisionals were newly registered Democrats voting for Obama.

Hmmmm. Wonder how I can find out what the problem is. Our Secretary of State is Robin Carnaham, daughter of our former Governor, Mel Carnahan, who died in a plane crash while running for the Senate against John Ashcroft who just basically withrdrew in favor of the deceased Mel who then won the election by a sympathy vote and the Governor appointed Jean Carnahan to fill her husband's newly won Senate seat and Ashcroft became Attorney General under Bush and put clothes on the naked statues at the Justice Dept. building. Anyhoo, she's a Dem.
