I always used to freak out interviewers by reading their notes, upside down. That way, I knew what THEY were looking for from the interview and made sure that they got it!
I got to read some strange notes about me, though. One interviewer recorded that I "walked with a limp" between opening the office door, taking one pace, and sitting in the chair! (But he OK'd me - I read it at the Second Interview)
