Is that like a gaggle of geese? A herd of bison? A pod of whales? A flock of chickens (running around yelling "the sky is falling!")? More like the latter two, I'd say....
Bush has been uncharacteristically honest the last few months; it's obviously sinking in how history will judge his job performance. It's almost enough to make me feel sorry for the poor bastard. Almost, but no cigar. I give more than lip-service to the notion of accountability and responsibility.
I think that that's a fine riposte along the lines of the point I'm trying to make (and on which to impale the revenant wingers). It wasn't a close election, and Republicans and Republicanism were decisively repudiated. This high-pitched squeaking of the sore losers about the size of the donors or how much the media helped the winner is nothing more than the sourest of grapes. They lost. Badly. Fair and square.
