Bush is fond of mentioning all the other folks who agreed with his assessments. They got their information from the Administration, from the forged, tortured and teased information forwarded by the VP, from the liars and thieves employed and given credence by his government.
When the President assures people the information is good, they tend to trust him. When the Administration leaks information to the Washington Post, then cites the Post as a source, when they secretly hire journalists to write up the false information it's no wonder folks will agree.
Rumsfeld, Cheney and Bush painted the rocks, planted the flowers, and spread the gravel for the primrose path they led the world down. He's still being disingenous.
