I predict that many liberals will remain utterly oblivious to the long-range fiscal crisis of entitlements, and the real numbers involved.
Symptoms might include comparing spending levels while being ignorant of the fact that annual entitlement spending is considerably larger than the entire discretionary budget of the Federal government, including military spending. This ratio is increasing as time goes on.
