I could generate that "paper money" myself in a day with Photoshop. A critical eye might have noticed that unlike almost every other paper currency in existence, the supposed "Amero" seems to be remarkably void of the intricate anticounterfeiting details currency always has. Almost like somebody whipped up the designs in a day.
