Sure brings back memories. I built a lot of items with Popular Mechanics plans. I still have a power hacksaw I made in 72 0r 73 with there plans. I don’t know what issue it was and when I tried Google, but it only provided a link to a power hacksaw you could build from washing machine parts and that wasn’t it. Mine still works and will cut up to a 3†square stock of solid steel.
The site is slow when trying to go through monthly issues, but if you knew what issues you needed the rest is great.
