Do you EVER check out any of this crap on your own? Like, maybe, going to the RAND site and seeing who's actually running that place? Did you do a search for papers written by Carlucci? Or bother to find out if the French news articles even existed?

A Chinese news article citing an unnamed French source, cited by another one of your limitless storehouses of conspiracy sites, and this is gospel?
