Headed For Another Stroke Down That Path.

Bowser is not a vocal Mars supporter and may not even be one as far as I know. He is certainly no ally of mine as his comments suggest. His comment is simply about your disagreeable posting style. Your nutjob ideas about asteroid detection and deflection are going nowhere. Cost effective rational approaches to this issue are making good progress. Meanwhile Obama seems more intent on excelerating heavy lift development than eliminating it. All signs point to doing what I've said we should do all along - deal with the asteroid threat and promote human exploration of space. There is no evidence your cockeyed view that Mars exploration and heavy lift capability must be abandoned in favor of spending most of NASAs money on Asteroids has any major support in politics or the space community. Get real and maybe you can reduce your medication level or at least avoid another stroke. Visit the websites of those actually working on mitigating the threat and maybe you'll feel better about all the progess being made for considerably less than the ridiculous sums you've claimed were needed.

Congratulations on getting a book published by the way. It appears you now have at least as much credibility as Barry Di Gregorio. Based on the reviews it's clear you certainly evaluated a lot more sources of information than BD did.

Mark
