Richardson was a long-time Hillary man who endorsed Obama. Clinton devotees, and Buck is a big one, probably took this kind of hard.

However, in this case, Buck is apparently not calling Richardson a "Judas" himself, but referring to Carville's statement that Richardson's Easter season endorsement "came right around the anniversary of the day when Judas sold out for 30 pieces of silver."
