No money and endless war. The hatred of America which has come about as the result of Bush - Cheney will plague us for generations. We will be worse off as time goes by and there will be no expansion of social programs.

As a matter of fact, there will be a contraction as the US pays for the derivatives and hedge created by the tax decrease for the wealthy. And the other Conservative excesses of the last 8 years. Which has been the Conservative Agenda and Bush legacy. A true Conservative is quite proud of this, as we can see on these boards.

The country really is in bad shape. We will be looking back to the glory days of Clinton for a long time. And the country which emerges will be weaker, poorer, less influential. But the oil companies will be wealthier and more powerful.

And it doesn't matter what any cabinet nominee says for confirmation.
