I got my first serious online phishing email from a look-a-like Bank of America a couple of nights ago. Although I have an account there, I don't do online banking, so who knows how many Charter customers got that email and would fall for it? I emailed both Charter and Bank of America with the cretin's details. (You right click on the email in your Inbox in the queue, then hit PROPERTIES at the bottom and then click the tab DETAILS. Cut and paste the info).
You can also see WHERE they are re-directing you when you just put your cursor over the link. Of course, everyone should know by now not to click on it.
My friend up in Canada said he'd just got a warning from the Royal Bank as well.
Crazy society.
