Seven years of war later OBL, the Taliban and al Qaeda are winning in Afghanistan. Considering the war in Iraq, which was a trap, and the fear and inconvenience spread in the US, OBL has achieved beyond his wildest dreams.

And Bush has failed beyond what anyone would have regarded as possible. Including wasting the mightiest military in the world, and OBL is still there.

And you are saying that the goal of neutralizing OBL is "moving the goalpost"?

Assume a neutralized OBL. Cornered, no communications, no threat and no chance of escape. How many US troops should die trying to obtain his dead body. (He won't be captured alive.)

It's in full force - blaming Barack Osama for the failings of Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, Gates, Rice, et al. It's really amazing how powerful Democrats are.
